The 8th China Pharmaceutical Strategy Summit (2016) was held in Chengdu, Sichuan on December 18, 2016, and the list of “Top 20 National Pharmaceutical Innovators (2016)” was announced during the conference. ASK Pharm has once again successfully secured a 7th position on this list for its outstanding contribution to product innovation and corporate sustainability; this is also the 5th consecutive year that ASK Pharm has been awarded this prestigious national honor.
ASK Pharm has consistently maintained national leadership role in proprietary products and corporate innovations for years. For the past three years, ASK has launched 2 proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs) products, and undertaken more than 10 national and provincial major R&D projects for new drug development. In 2016 alone, ASK Pharm has been awarded “Jiangsu Provincial Innovation Enterprise” and “Nanjing Mayor Quality Award”, and “Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory in Chiral Drug Development” was opened in ASK Research Institutes. The recognitions of ASK Pharm in corporate innovations by the Chinese pharmaceutical industry very well illustrate ASK Vision of “Based on Research, Oriented for Health”; we look forward to making continuous efforts to maintain these national honors and to improve the health and wellbeing of the general public in 2017.
